BEDROS BEDROSIAN

Letter
from our President
Recognizing the potential that the Internet held for the real estate
industry early on, Bedros co-founded BIRDVIEW Technologies in 1996 to
pioneer Internet applications that enable the real estate industry to
service a growing Internet focused consumer base. Bedros brings over eight
years of computer and hardware engineering experience, with a strong emphasis
in software development as well as five years of real estate industry
knowledge. Bedros holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.

MICHAEL KEHOE
Executive Vice President, Business Development
Mike has been involved in the creating and developing of businesses
for nearly 20 years. He established a business advisory program at George
Mason University that included 5 business incubators and a world wide
reach. He has guided companies in raising capital, corporate governance,
strategic planning, international trade development, telework, government
contracting and developing marketing strategies. Most recently Mike was
a partner at eBrains, an integrated marketing services firm in Washington,
DC. At eBrains Mike was responsible for the emerging market practice.
He holds an B.A. in Business Administration from Illinois College in Jacksonville,
IL and an M.B.A. from the University of Arkansas.

SIROP BEDROSIAN
Vice President, Sales
Sirop is a 30-year veteran in developing new markets for emerging products
and services. Prior to joining BIRDVIEW Technologies, Sirop was an executive
at Nalco Chemical Company, a Fortune 100 company specializing in water
treatment chemicals. During his tenure, Sirop achieved multiple millions
of dollars in sales revenues for Nalco and was responsible for developing
emerging markets throughout the Middle East and West Africa. Most recently,
Sirop was responsible for building a market for Nalco’s products in the
West African sub-continent from no sales in 1989 to $16 million in sales
just prior to leaving.

JOHN HOVIG
Vice President, Technology
John has 15 years of software engineering and Internet application development
experience. Prior to joining BIRDVIEW Technologies, John was responsible
for various engineering projects at leading technology companies including
Telesciences, EMC and Digital Equipment Corporation. John holds a B.S.
in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and an M.S. in
Computer Science from The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign,
where he witnessed the birth of the World Wide Web first-hand.

JULIE MATEGRANO
Director, Industry Relations / Business Development
Julie has been an active leader in the Chicago real estate industry
for more than 3 decades. From practitioner to chief regulator, Julie’s
experience and knowledge span across all facets of the industry. Most
recently, Julie was the Director of Business Development at Rock Financial
where she created, developed and implemented programs to assist sales
personnel in establishing business-to-business relationships. Julie has
also served as a Vice President of Baird & Warner, the largest independent
real estate brokerage in the Chicago metropolitan area as well as the
Executive Director of the Office of Banks and Real Estate under Illinois
Governor Jim Edgar where she was the chief regulatory official for the
State’s real estate education, licensing and enforcement policies.

ALEX HOWANSKY
Director, Information Technology
Al brings over 13 years of programming, database, and system administration
experience to BIRDVIEW Technologies. Most recently with Winchester Electronics,
a division of Litton Industries, he was the central administrator for
software, hardware, and network services of a 550-person organization.
Al holds a B.A. in Computer and Information Sciences from the State University
of New York at Potsdam.

HAIG BEDROSIAN
Director, Operations
Formerly the Director of Technology, Haig spent 5 years in his capacity
as technology director involved with MLS technology, custom product development,
and more recently, development of automation technology. His role in developing
the automation capabilities at BIRDVIEW put him in a unique position to
understand and address the operational needs of the company going forward.
Prior to serving as a director at BIRDVIEW, Haig was a senior software
engineer at Motorola’s Automotive Division where he was responsible for
software development projects for such clients as Ford Motor Corporation
and General Motors. Haig holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
from Purdue University.

AVO MAVILIAN
Director, Sales & Marketing
Avo Mavilian joined BIRDVIEW in April 2004 as Director of Marketing.
Prior to joining BIRDVIEW, Avo was a Division Marketing Manager for Farmers
Insurance of Oregon. Avo has a degree in Political Science from California
State University, Northridge. In his current role, Avo is responsible
for BIRDVIEW’s distribution system and overseeing the Company’s marketing
initiatives.
