BIRDVIEW Technologies Announces NeighborhoodView™

Integrating Listing Data with Area School and Community Information for Real Estate Brokerage Websites

Glen Ellyn, IL- September 16, 2003 - BIRDVIEW Technologies has partnered with Fast Forward, Inc. to provide integrated school and community data to consumers viewing listing data on BIRDVIEW's client's websites.

According to the National Association of Realtors®, "2002 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers", community information is second only to listing data in importance on a real estate website. Thirty five percent of consumers viewing real estate websites are looking for "information about the area". Half of all consumers found "neighborhood and community information" to be extremely valuable.

Consumers searching for properties on a BIRDVIEW website will be able to view over 100 different statistics for any single community or school attached to IDX and VOW listings. Consumers will also be able to search by zip code to find this information. Advance features allow the consumer to compare demographics, salaries, cost of living and average home prices. "Integrating school and community information with listing data on a local real estate website will increase the website's return on investment", says Bob Kehoe, BIRDVIEW Technologies', National Sales Director. Kehoe added, "With this type of information consumers are able to better identify and refine the list of properties they would like to see in person".

As the inclusion of IDX listings on real estate websites becomes standard practice, brokers and agents need a new set of tools to enhance their websites. Community and school data integrated with IDX listings provides the Realtor with a stronger tool for capturing the attention of Internet consumers.
