Platform to Include NEW Intranet Features

All of the content on the OfficeSite™ Intranet is protected by user id and passwords, account creation is controlled by the brokerage and levels of access to the site and its administrative features are also controlled by the brokerage.
Key features include the ability to publish articles and images, have discussion forums, post forms and other documents, create an online library, take polls, and have discussion threads related to a particular posting. “There is a tremendous amount of money that our clients will be able to save by reducing printing costs, cutting down on travel time, and using the Intranet as a corporate filing system; not to mention the intangible benefits of creating a culture of sharing and collaboration in the office,” added Kehoe.
