BIRDVIEW Technologies Releases Virtual Floor Time™ (VFT)
Upgrade to the OfficeSite™ Enterprise Software Suite.
Glen Ellyn, IL- May 15, 2004 - Today BIRDVIEW Technologies, a leading provider of web based software for real estate brokerages and agents, released Virtual Floor Time™ (VFT). VFT is an upgrade to BIRDVIEW's OfficeSite™ Enterprise Software Suite. OfficeSite™ Enterprise provides brokerages with a company wide, technology platform for their website strategy.
Virtual Floor Time™ assigns leads to agents based on rules established by the brokerage. Additionally, VFT allows the brokerage to define destination groups. Lead destination groups can include all agents, groups of agents, staff, affiliates or any combination of these. For example, high end homes could be assigned to a group of agents who specialize in those property types, relocation leads can be assigned to the relocation department, mortgage leads can even be assigned to the brokerage's mortgage affiliate. Within those specialized groups leads will be distributed in a round-robin fashion.
VFT can reduce a brokerage's costs and provide value to their agents, by minimizing the expense of centrally managing Internet leads, while efficiently distributing those leads to their agents. Their are two versions of Virtual Floor Time™. The full version allows for the customization of lead distribution rules and takes advantage of the connectivity between the brokerage's website and the agent's AgentSite™. VFT - Lite operates on BIRDVIEW's AgentPage™ platform and is positioned for company wide lead distribution.
