This
month we'll highlight how the recent redesign of your Web
Assistant will empower you to do more business both on-line
and off.
Upon
logging in to the Web Assistant, the welcome screen provides
a link to a new 5 minute online audio / visual overview that
walks you through each menu available within the Web Assistant.
If you have never fully explored the Web Assistant, this is
an extremely powerful guide to getting a quick overview of
everything that's "under the hood".
For
more specific information, we developed a new 'Self Help'
section located under the 'Service Center' pull down menu.
There you'll find 2 minute or less visual tutorials on specific
functions within the Web Assistant. Whether you need to know
how to change a password, add agents, or create an open house,
the online tutorials walk you through the process quickly
and efficiently so you can get what you need done and get
back to your business. Finding a tutorial is also made easy.
You can locate a tutorial either by drilling down through
the tutorial menus or use the search tool.
And
finally, we've changed the menu options to make finding what
you are looking for more intuitive then in the past and we've
changed the design of the Web Assistant to be more visually
appealing.
With
that said, put what you have read today to use by taking action.
Schedule a one hour block on your calendar to review the audio/visual
tutorials we've developed. You'll get so intimately familiar
