Just
released and in time for the holiday season, we'd like to
announce a whole slew of new tools that have been made available
as a free upgrade. Some of the features include an improved
Free Home Update manager, a new Registration Editor, a new
Permission Manager, and an improved Member Services feature.
In January, we'll also be releasing a whole new set of video
tutorials in the self help section of your Web Assistant.
In
addition to these upgrades, you may have already noticed a
feature that allows your seller clients to log in and see
a report of their home views, and another feature that allows
consumers on your website to compare listings.
In
all, it's quite a handful of new releases. If you have any
questions regarding any of these new features, contact customer
support support@birdview.com. Also, don't forget about the
in depth training offered through our Service Bureau. For

| Tip
Of The Month |
| |
Over
the past several months, we have shared with you important
information on shifting marketing dollars online to help you
capture your share of the growing online population. As the
year draws to an end, this is a great time to re-evaluate
your current marketing strategy and explore your options for
getting the most bang for your dollars in 2006.
For
the do-it-yourselfers, if you have the time and feel comfortable
venturing in this arena, there are some simple things you
can do today to help you generate more leads from the internet.
While this will require you to spend some time and learn about
the various products, it is definitely one option you have
that allows you to stretch your dollars.
One
of the first places to start is by identifying sites that
generate a lot of traffic and buy advertising space yourself.
A partial list of these sites includes realtor.com and your
local newspaper. In addition, there are free directories that
allow you to list your business for free. You can also purchase
submission software that distributes your website to search
engines and directories for a nominal fee. There's a vast
array of information on the Internet about marketing on-line,
so be sure to do your research before jumping in.
For
those more inclined to leave it to the experts, BIRDVIEW's
Traffic Accelerator programs develop a targeted action plan
structured to increase traffic to your website, and it uses
customized marketing programs to strengthen your Internet
presence and brand in the mind of online consumers. Since
its introduction this past year, many of our clients have
taken advantage of the program and have already seen significant
returns. You pay a flat monthly fee and our experts maximize
your on-line advertising spend with no per lead fees, referral
fees or commission splits! If you'd like to consider Traffic
Accelerator in your marketing mix for next year, simply email
traffic@birdview.com and a qualified representative will contact
you to discuss your options.
Enjoy
the happy holiday season and may the New Year bring you ever
greater success.
