BIRDVIEW Technologies has announced a partnership with HomeGain to provide BIRDVIEW's clients a special reduced pricing on HomeGain's Buyer Link Product.

HomeGain's Buyer Link provides an effective way to drive pre-qualified geo-targeted visitors to the websites. The new pricing goes into effect immediately, and BIRDVIEW clients will be able to add this new service directly from their Web Assistant, the password protected control panel to BIRDVIEW's software platform.

Free Training For BIRDVIEW Clients

BIRDVIEW Clients can now enjoy free training on BIRDVIEW software by signing up for courses directly from their Web Assistant, the password protected control panel to BIRDVIEW's software platform.

Each week, a new course will be offered to BIRDVIEW clients to enhance their understanding of the software and to make the best use of BIRDVIEW's Technology. For more information or to sign up for an upcoming session, visit the Service Center Menu in your Web Assistant and click on 'Customer Assistance'.

Why not to 'copy & paste' content into the Content Editor ...

Did you know that some word processors (such as Word and WordPerfect) contain hidden control characters embedded within the text. As a result, cutting and pasting a text section into a Web Assistant form, while easy to do, may result in a failure when processing the form.

In order to avoid this issue, when you are pasting into a Web Assistant form, please make sure that you are cutting pure text. The Notepad program, for example, deals only with pure text and is a good tool to copy and paste from.

If you have a document in Word, save it as a .txt document. Then open it in Notepad and copy and past to the Content Editor.
